Processing

Orders are typically shipped out within 2 business days after they have been received. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for the shipping status to be updated.

Occasionally, there may be delays in shipping due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances, such as courier no-shows, due to bad weather or delays at custom. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding possible delays.

Wrong Shipping Address

  • We are unfortunately not liable for items sent to a wrong shipping address provided. Customers must ensure the complete address is provided to us for order shipping.
  • A new order must be placed if the wrong address has been provided and the package has been shipped out to destination.
  • If you notice the address is wrong upon order payment, kindly contact us as soon as possible at bekkasupplies@yahoo.com and provide us the correct and complete address together with your order number.
